Mobile Licensing

The City of Mississauga Mobile Licensing Section is responsible for the regulation and enforcement of City by-laws governing vehicles licensed by the City. This unit issues licences for a variety of different vehicles including taxicabs, limousines, airport vehicles, refreshment carts/vehicles, tow trucks, ice cream trucks and driving school vehicles.

The Mobile Licensing Section offices are located at 3235 Mavis Road. Visitor parking is available in front of the facility. Click this link for a detailed map of the location

To obtain general information regarding Mobile Licensing or to register a complaint that you may have regarding a vehicle licensed by the City, dial 3-1-1 (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) If calling outside of City limits, please dial 905-615-4311. For an emergency after hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays, please call 905-615-3000.
