BEATBOX RULES & GUIDELINES:
All performers must sign a Performer Code of Conduct before being allowed to participate. Names will be drawn at random to determine order of performance Competition breakdown
The beatbox competition will consist of an opening round where each competitor will be given 1 minute 30 seconds to freestyle their best stuff. From this the top 4 (out of 6) will be paired off for head to head battles. In the head to head competition each pair will split three minutes of time in the following manner:
Performer a – 1min
Performer b – 1 min
Performer a – 30 sec
Performer b – 30 sec
Additional rounds may be added at the judge's discretion. The winners of each of the head to head battles will move on to the finals.
