City of Mississauga Director Elaine Buckstein Receives Special Award of Merit from AMCTO The Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasures of Ontario (AMCTO) presented a Special Award of Merit to City of Mississauga's Director of Enforcement Elaine Buckstein during the 2010 June conference. Elaine was one of two recipients to receive this special recognition. The award was developed and presented for the significant contributions Elaine made to the establishment and operation of AMCTO's Municipal Law Enforcement Project Team. |
