Once again, MiWay is providing a safe way to get to and from your destination on New Year's
Eve. MiWay invites residents to take the bus for free.
"Keeping our roads safe on New Year's Eve is paramount and we encourage residents to take
advantage of this complimentary ride," said Geoff Marinoff, director of Transit.
"This free transit service also allows us to thank our loyal customers for supporting us
throughout the year."
MiWay's Service Details:
New Year's Eve, December 31, 2012 - 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
New Year's Day, January 1, 2013 - 12 to 4 a.m.
For those travelling home after midnight, service hours will be extended on routes that depart
from local malls, GO Stations and from the Islington Subway Station. Extended evening service

"Our extended service makes travelling within Mississauga and between surrounding
municipalities easier for our passengers," said Marinoff.
