City of Mississauga administrative offices are closed at noon on Monday, December 24, 2012
to Tuesday, January 1, 2013 and will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. A number of public
and recreation services will operate on a holiday schedule during the closure period.

transit service levels from December 24, 2012 to January 1, 2013. Free and extended evening
service is offered on New Years Eve.
Public and Recreation Services
- Public services including: Animal Services and the Mississauga Library System will operate
on holiday hours between December 24, 2012 and January 2, 2013.
- Recreation Facilities will be open until noon on December 24, 2012 and will be closed on
December 25 and 26, 2012. Facilities will operate on holiday hours between December 26, 2012
and January 2, 2013. Please check your local facility for exact times as schedules may
- Mississauga Seniors Centre will be open December 23, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.,
December 24, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and December 27 and 28, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 4
- Provincial Offences Office will be open on December 24 and 31, 2012 until noon and December
27 and 28, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Regular hours will begin on January 2, 2013.
- BraeBen Golf Course will close at noon on December 24, 2012 and will reopen January 2,
- Lakeview Golf Course will be closed December 24, 2012 and will reopen January 5, 2013.
The Art Gallery of Mississauga
The Art Gallery of Mississauga will be open on January 1, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the
Mayors New Years Day Levee as well as January 17, 2013 at 6 p.m. for the Visual
Arts Mississaugas 34th Annual Juried Show of Fine Arts. Regular hours will begin January
C Cafe will be closed from December 24 to 26, 2012 and will operate on holiday hours of 11
a.m. to 7 p.m. from December 27, 2012 to January 1, 2013.
Museums of Mississauga
Museums of Mississauga including: Benares Historic House; Bradley Museum; and Leslie Log
House will be closed from December 24 to 29, 2012. The museums will be open for guided tours on
December 23 and 30, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Regular hours will begin on January 2, 2013.
