Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services Junior Fire Chief Rides to School in Style

Junior Fire Chief contest winner Michelle Charbonneau will be driven to school in a Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services fire truck on Wednesday, November 12, 2008.

What: Junior Fire Chief Contest Winner
Michelle Charbonneau, age 11, was the winner of Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services Junior Fire Chief contest. Children aged 7 to 12 years were eligible to enter the contest which was held during Fire Prevention Week at Erin Mills Town Centre. As the winner of the contest, Michelle receives a ride to and from school in a fire truck, lunch with Acting Chief John McDougall, her own bunker gear and other theme related items.

When: Wednesday, November 12, 2008
9 a.m. – Michelle to arrive in a fire truck at St. Margaret of Scotland School
Michelle and her mother will be greeted by the school principal and Michelle's classmates.
