Meadowvale Branch Library celebrates its 25th anniversary with Mayor Hazel McCallion, Ward 9 Councillor Pat Saito and Meadowvale author/artist Matt Hammill, who will read from his book, "Sir Reginald's Logbook" and demonstrate drawing techniques.
