City of Mississauga Splash Pads Begin Opening Saturday, May 29

May 27, 2010

The City of Mississauga's splash pads will begin opening for the season this weekend. Splash pads are open seven days a week and this year will operate until September weather permitting.

Please visit the website or call 3-1-1 to confirm if the spray pad you wish to visit is operating before you leave.

"Due to the early arrival of warm temperatures the City's Recreation and Parks Division will be opening up as many locations as possible for Saturday, May 29," said Andy Wickens, Manager Parks and Forestry. "We encourage residents to check the website or call before visiting any of the locations. Splash pads are free and a great way to cool off and enjoy the weather."
