Keep Cool at City of Mississauga Community Centres, Libraries, Pools and Spray Pads This Summer

The City of Mississauga’s air-conditioned recreation facilities and libraries, as well as indoor pools and spray pads are open during regular hours of operation through the current extreme hot weather conditions.

“We encourage the public to take advantage of the City’s recreation facilities, pools and splash pads and get relief from the summer hot weather today and throughout the season,” said Recreation and Parks Director John Lohuis.

The City has 11 community centres,13 open libraries, 11 indoor and one operating outdoor pool and 17 spray pads located throughout Mississauga.  For more information about facility location and hours of operation visit www.mississauga.ca/rec&parks, or call 311 (905-615-4311 if calling from outside city limits).
