Calling all hipsters! Throw on your poodle skirts, slick back your hair and hand jive the night away as My Mississauga celebrates the 50Â’s with a Sock Hop concert celebrating the rock music that started it all.

What:              City Centre Sock Hop Concert with “Freddy Vette and the Flames”

*Jukebox hits live with “Freddy Vette and the Flames” is a 50’s rock and roll experience unlike any others. With the appealing sounds of a saxophone and a thumping stand-up bass, the eight piece band pays tribute to the music of Elvis, Jerry Lee, Buddy Holly, Fats Domino, Chuck Berry and more

*Bring out your classic cars to show off at the Vintage Car Alley!

*Hungry? Grab a bite to eat at the delicious food stand offering hot dogs (Halal), turkey and beef sausages, french fries, a variety of soft drinks and juices and many more items to choose from!
