City of Mississauga recreation facilities will offer a variety of drop in activities on
Family Day, Monday, February 18 and MiWay will operate on a Sunday schedule.
Things To Do
Purchase a Family Day Pass on February 18 and enjoy a variety of drop in activities across the
City of Mississauga. A special Family Day Pass will be available for $10.50 at local facilities
including Mississauga Museums and can be used for multiple activities at participating indoor
facilities throughout the day. A Family Day Pass is valid for up to five people.

Mississauga Celebration Square is hosting a free Family Day Skate from noon to 4 p.m. on
February 18. Build a winter wonderland of castles and igloos using ice bricks and Imagination
playground blocks. Channel your inner Van Gogh by adding some colour to giant ice canvases.
Indulge in ice maple candy, Tiny Toms donuts and treats from C Cafe. Family Day Skate is
presented by RBC. Stop by the RBC booth to meet Olympian Jennifer Botterill from the Canadian
Womens Hockey team. Also visit the Dixie Outlet Mall Winter Warming Cabin for your chance to
win gift cards! Dixie Outlet Mall is the sponsor for the Mississauga Celebration Square skating

Family Day Hours of Operation
MiWay will operate on a Sunday schedule. Customers can find customized route and schedule
information at miway.ca, or by
calling 905-615-INFO (4636) for customer information. To view scheduled departure times on a
smart phone or other mobile device, visit m.miway.ca.
All libraries will be closed on Sunday, February 17 and Monday, February 18.
Animal Services will be closed. Officers will be on standby for emergencies only and can be
reached at 905-615-3000.
Civic Centre, Courthouse, 3-1-1 Call Centre will be closed.
