The City of Mississauga begins its preparations as a host community for the 2015 Toronto Pan
Am Parapan Am Games (TO2015). Media are invited to join Members of Council, City staff,
Mississauga Sports Council and Ian Troop, CEO TO2015, to find out what this exciting
opportunity brings to Mississauga.
What: Breakfast Meeting: Ian Troop,
CEO of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, will share his
vision for the legacy the games will bring to Mississauga and answer questions from the
Council Meeting: Ian Troop will make a
deputation at the Council Meeting following the Breakfast Meeting.

wheelchair rugby; goalball, powerlifting and wheelchair rugby are Para Pan Am sports.
