The City of Mississauga's air-conditioned recreation facilities and libraries, spray pads and indoor and outdoor pools are open during regular hours of operation through the current extreme hot weather conditions.
"We encourage the public to take advantage of the City's recreation facilities, pools and splash pads and get relief from the summer hot weather this week and throughout the season," said director of Recreation and Parks John Lohuis.
The City has 11 community centres and 18 libraries, 11 indoor and seven outdoor pool and 17 spray pads located throughout Mississauga.
