City of Mississauga Supports Kids in Need with a Day with the Blue Jays!

In its 35th year, Mississauga’s Day with the Blue Jays is making a difference in the lives of children in need on Sunday, August 28, through support of the Jerry Love Children’s Fund

Plus:  To kick off the game on August 28, the Mississauga Children’s Choir will sing the national anthem.

The Jerry Love Children’s Fund is administered by City of Mississauga Recreation and Parks staff and supports the City’s strategic plan by helping to ensure affordability and accessibility of programs and services for Mississauga residents.  One hundred per cent of all donations received go towards children’s program registrations.  Families access the fund through a variety of social service agencies including the Region of Peel Social Assistance, the Children’s Aid Society, and the Board of Education Social Workers.
