Residents Invited to Explore their Neighbourhood by Bike
This Friday, residents will ride their bikes to explore Ward 8 with the Mississauga Cycling
Advisory Committee (MCAC) Council Representative, Councillor Chris Fonseca and members of

What: The 2012 Ward Rides series features casual community rides in each ward over the
spring and summer. The series is designed to encourage residents to get on their bikes and
explore many cycling routes around the City. All are welcome.

Where: The 12.2 kilometre community ride of Ward 8 begins and ends at South Common

The Ward Rides are an initiative led by Ward 3 Councillor Chris Fonseca and the MCAC with
support from the Citys Cycling Office.
