The public will learn more about how Mississauga plans to build its vibrant, walkable
downtown at an open house June 26. Displays will include maps and visuals that represent the
new planning framework needed to create a more people-friendly downtown.
This open house starts a new round of public consultations as the City moves to put elements
of the Downtown21 Master Plan in place. The
plan, endorsed by City Council in 2010, sets out a vision for creating a more vibrant downtown
