Beat the holiday shopping rush and start your gift buying early at the 15th annual Christmas
Artisan Market at the Living Arts Centre on November 23 and 24.
"We are thrilled to have partnered with several arts groups around the city to make the
market a successful event," said Susan Burt, director Culture Division. "The event,
formerly known as the Christmas Marketplace Art & Fine Craft Show, will have a number of
new artisans participating so we encourage residents to come out and see unique gift ideas and
meet our talented local artists."
Burt noted the City is working with the Living Arts Centre, Visual Arts Mississauga, Art in the
Yard and the Mississauga Potters Guild on this year's market.
The market features something for everyone on your holiday wish list including: jewellery;
decorative pottery; fine art; gourmet cuisine items; and much more.
Live musical entertainment will set the holiday season mood throughout the event.
