|Description: Rectangular embroidered bureau scarf of unbleached linen with two ends trimmed in crochet lace. A floral design is embroidered in pink and gold at each end of the scarf. |
Bureau scarves are used to decorate and protect the top of bureaus from dirt and dust. The scarf is often rectangular and long in shape with either crocheted edges or fringes.
