Description: Beige/white plaid, cotton blouse. Lace (flower and grape motif) at sleeve cuff and neck. Lace approx. 7.5 cm to 9 cm wide. Blouse is cut straight at the back and bell shape at the front. Back is 43 cm across and front is 75 cm. Neckline is scoop higher at back than front. Blouse is machine stitched. Lace sewn on by hand. Back opens to waist with 5 brass snaps.

History: This item belonged to Miss Sally Klein who was ninety years old when they were donated in 1986. She was born in Mississauga and wore this item when she a teenager. The item dates back to late 1890s to early 1900s. Donated by Peggy Elliot on Sally Klein's behalf.
