History: Kathleen Agnes Sayers (ne Colloton) (1907 -1981) was Geoffrey Harris Sayers' wife. Geoffrey Sayers and his wife Kathleen (ne Colloten) married on 18 November 1933 at St. Peter's Anglican Church, Erindale, of which the Harris family had been members for almost a hundred years. Geoff and Kay occupied Benares from 1969 until 1981. They kept a small display of artifacts in the kitchen, and opened up the house once a year to the public. Kay and Geoffrey never had any children and were the last Harris relatives to live at Benares.
