Description: Black and white glossy photo with serrated edges showing some people standing in front of the Municipal office buildings in Cooksville. Identified in the photograph is William Hare, who is holding a clipboard and is standing beside Claire Wilson who is wearing a dress. Standing to their proper left is an unidentified boy who is smiling. In the background you can see part of the bas relief sculpture mounted on the outside wall near the entrance to the building.

The photograph shows members of the township recreation department about to leave on a bus for McMaster University in Hamilton. Employees were participating in a program that offered training useful in developing, organizing and operating various sports and recreation programs in the Township.
