Description: A long iron handle with rasp at the end. Rasp is slightly rounded with small spikes on bottom and smooth on top. A wooden handle grip is attached at the top of the iron handle.

A rasp is used for filling horse hooves and could also be used for sharpening wood. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
