Description: A colour photograph with small rounded corners. Photograph of a vandalism display held at an unidentified shopping centre. There are four unidentified woman in the photograph, looking at the large displays that have a blue, white and black background with the following printed on them: "Is vandalism a crime?", "It's bad news", "Help stop vandalism".

Display believed to be part of a city wide campaign introduced in December of 1978 to raise $ 50,000 to help develop anti-vandalism programs. A gentleman by the name of Brian Mitchell was the co-ordinator of the anti-vandalism programs for the City of Mississauga. (Source: Toronto Star, Monday December 11, 1978 page A04)
