Catherine 'Caye' Killaby was a former council for the Town of Mississauga and the City of Mississauga. She represented Ward 3 for the Town of Mississauga and Ward 4 for the City. She started her career with the City as a secretary for the Toronto Township Recreation and Parks department in the 1950s.

The Toronto Township Recreation Department formed in 1947 and offered organized sports and recreation to residents.
