Brooch

Benares Historic House, part of the Museums of Mississauga, has a great collection of Victorian and Edwardian jewellery with examples in all the typical styles through this time period. Most of this jewellery was either given as gifts or inherited through Harris or Draper relatives. A small selection was donated to the Museums by a relative of Mona Kay, a companion of Naomi Harris, who lived at Benares for over 20 years.
