Regular Hours of Operation

The City of Mississauga customer contact centre regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After hours dispatch service is available for urgent issues on weekends and overnight Monday to Friday by calling 3-1-1 and selecting the dispatch option or by calling the After-Hours Dispatch direct number: 905-615-3000. Call 9-1-1 when the safety of people or property is at risk and requires immediate assistance.

If you are coming from the QEW:
Exit on Hurontario (Hwy 10) and go north; turn left (west) on Burnhamthorpe Road West; turn right (north) on Duke of York Blvd. Look for the building with the Clock Tower. The main entrance to the building is on the North side facing the Living Arts Centre.

If you are coming from Hwy 401, Hwy 403 (travelling west), or Hwy 407:
