| What are my street number, number suffix, street type, municipal number or civic number? |
| Answer |
| You might be asked for your street number, municipal number or civic number on an application form. All of these terms simply mean the number of your house. A number suffix is a letter that might come after an address if there aren't enough numbers for all the buildings on a street. (For example, if your address is 9A Main Street, the suffix would be "A".) Street type means "Road" or "Boulevard" or any of the other terms that follow a street name. |
