Preliminary Zoning Review Applications
Prior to applying for a building permit, the City of Mississauga Zoning Section offers customers the opportunity to have a proposal reviewed for zoning compliance. If a problem is identified an applicant can decide to revise the proposal to deal with the problem or apply to Committee of Adjustment for a minor variance. A preliminary zoning application review is for information purposes only and does NOT constitute a formal approval.
- One (1) copy of a metric site plan or survey, indicating setback to all property lines, lot dimensions, building dimensions, parking spaces, building area, lot area, etc.
- One (1) copy of a fully dimensioned floor plan identifying all rooms/uses for all floors
- The required fee
You may also be required to provide:
- One (1) copy of a letter outlining the in detail outlining the project scope and the proposed use.
- Other material as required
Submit your application at the City's Planning and Building Services Centre, 300 City Centre Drive, 3rd Floor.
