If you are logged in to the Mississauga website you will see your digital downloads that you have received a shipping e-mail confirmation for.

To view just click on the address (link) for the digital download you purchased.  A pop-up screen will display your download along with the option to print the document.

If you have questions with regard to your tax certificate or tax receipt digital download content, e-mail us at tax@mississauga.ca.

If you have questions with regard to any other digital download content, e-mail us at estore.info@mississauga.ca.

Note:

The Find Digital Download section, contains a new search tool, designed to enable the user to quickly locate and print the digital download document.  Listed below are steps to use the new search tool:

1. Select the type of document
2. Key the Order ID, OR select the "Start Date" and/or the "End Date".
3. Click Submit.

Due to the billing process, the fulfillment of Tax Certificates and Tax Receipts ordered on May 22nd, will be delayed to 1 p.m. on May 23rd.
