Description: 221 Queen Street South. Plan STR 4, pt. Lot 1. Part of the Embleton properties and built in the 1840s, it was once used as a butcher shop and as the Post Office 1919-1931. Hugh Manning operated an antiques business in Streetsville at this address for many years. His wife, Mary, wrote a biography of Timothy Street and a number of community histories.
