Description: 7076 Old Mill Lane. Conc 3 WHS, Lot 11. This is a one and a half storey residential building with board and batten siding, built in 1879. At one point in the twentieth century a part of the building was used as the local Post Office with the remainder being residential. The property is believed to have been the residence for a short time of the artist, Henry Spiers who illustrated and wrote A Souvenir of the village of Meadowvale-on-the-Credit, 1904. The building is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and is located within the Meadowvale Heritage Conservation District. Description as of October 2012.
