Description: 1484 Adamson Street. Range 4, Pt. Lot 7, 8- Tor 7. This building is in great condition and is very well kept. It is constructed of Credit Valley Stone and features a hip roof with asphalt shingles and a north central gable. There is a north asymmetrical four bay facade. The structure has radiating stone voussoirs forming arches. Noted features include a one storey west stone extension, a stone and cast iron fence, east and west exterior chimneys, a north door with sidelights and transom as well as a door leading to the second storey balcony over the front entrance. It is listed on the Heritage Register. Description as of July 2011. |
