Description: 312 Queen Street South. Conc 5 WHS, pt. Lot 3. This is a two storey red brick with yellow accents structure constructed on a Credit Valley stone foundation and featuring a hip roof with asphalt shingles. There is a symmetrical three bay east facade, while the windows are double hung sash with radiating buff brick voussoirs and some hood molding and wood sills. Noted features of the structure include double bay windows on the front facade, buff brick quoins, decorative wooden brackets under the eaves, door sidelights and transom with modern opaque ridged glass, a porch extension over the front door from the two front bays and a detached garage located on the property. Listed on the Heritage Register. Description as of September 2018.
