Description: 340 Eglinton Avenue West, Conc 2 NDS, pt. Lot 18. Most likely built in the 1860s by Hugh Kee, a Streetsville farmer. It is a one and a half storey house, rectangular in shape. Although the house remains on its original foundation, a strip plaza has been built abutting on to it and parking has been added to the front fašade. The house is listed on the Heritage Register. This 1976 photo shows the cornice with dentils and polychromatic brick work.
