Description: 340 Eglinton Avenue West, Conc 2 NDS, pt. Lot 18. Most likely built in the 1860s by Hugh Kee, a Streetsville farmer. It is a one and a half storey house, rectangular in shape. Although the house remains on its original foundation, a strip plaza has been built abutting on to it and parking has been added to the front fašade. The house is listed on the Heritage Register.
