Description: 42 Bay Street. Plan 300W. Lot 6. This is a one-and-a-half storey red brick residence with a medium pitch gable roof. The house was most likely built in 1902 by William John Kivell, who was described as either a mariner or a labourer. It is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and located within the Old Port Credit Village Heritage Conservation District.
