Description: 1462 Mississauga Road. Range 2 CIR, pt. Lot 7. This is a two storey structure with an irregular plan. It was originally a basic Ontario farm house, but numerous additions and alterations have been made. It is believed to have been built between 1884 and 1887 by George W. Gordon. The name "Arrowfield" was attributed to the number of native arrowheads found on the property. The house is listed on the Heritage Register. This 1977 view of the rear fašade shows the solarium, part of the south-west extension.
