Description: 29 Mississauga Road North. Plan 300W, Lots 6, 7, 8. This was a two and a half storey residence with a smooth red brick finish and a variety of wood framed window patterns on the various facades. There was also a two storey carriage house. It was built about 1912 by George W. and Mary A Gordon, who purchased the property from Margaret F. Gray. The residence was built in Edwardian Classicism style. This photo is of the carriage house. Formerly listed on the Heritage Register the house was demolished in 2000 in order to construct a four-storey seniors’ residence, Alert Care. Description as of January 2011.
