Description: 4265 Perivale Road. Plan M-506, Lot 144. The residence is a red brick one-and-a-half storey structure in Gothic Revival style. The original property was 108 acres in size and was purchased in 1845 by Christopher Crozier. It remained in the Crozier family and was used for dairy production until it became part of a residential community. The building is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act. This 1989 photo shows the attached garage.
