Description: 39 Thomas Street. Plan STR, 4, BLK 2, Lot 2, pt. Lot 3. This was a one-and-a-half storey red brick structure with a Credit Valley stone foundation, featuring a gable roof with asphalt shingles and a central (north) front gable dormer. There was a door in the central front gable on the second storey, a clapboard one storey south addition, an exterior east chimney, and a covered porch. The building, which had been listed on the Heritage Register, was demolished in 1994.
