Description: 469 Hensall Circle. Conc 1 NDS, pt. Lot 12. Industrial building, likely circa late 19th, or early 20th century. Polychrome brick fašade, with a cinder block foundation and flat roof. Once a symmetrical five-bay structure, it is now configured as an asymmetrical six-bay building. The windows in the five-bay section are full length, fixed sash, in a twelve lite configuration, with curved heads, stone sills, and radiating double brick voussoirs. The window in the sixth bay is a fixed sash, nine lite assembly, with a radiating double brick voussoir. Records show that this building may have at one time been a railway station. Further research is required to verify this. Description as September 2015.
