Description: 989 Britannia Road West. Conc 2 WHS, pt. Lot 6, 7. This was a one-and-a-half storey structure constructed of stucco over brick with a stone foundation. It featured a gable roof with asphalt shingles, cornice returns, and a dentil pattern frieze. There was a three bay symmetrical fašade on the west side. Other noted features included a covered portico concealing decorative brickwork, red painted brickwork that was originally red with yellow accents, and a main entrance that was recessed with a transom and sidelights. Formerly listed on the Heritage Register the building was demolished in 1989.
