Description: 1111 Britannia Road West. Conc 3 WHS, pt. Lot 6. This was a one-and-a-half storey structure, typical vernacular farmhouse constructed of red brick which featured a gable roof with asphalt shingles. There was a two bay asymmetrical fašade on the south side of the structure. A kitchen extension made the property L-shaped in plan. Noted features of the structure included wood moldings under the eaves of porches, a dedication stone proclaiming "Home Sweet Home 1911" and a barn to the north with board and batten siding located on the property. Formerly listed on the Heritage Register the property was demolished in 1997.
