Description: 18 Beverley Street. Plan TOR 4, Lot 409. This is a two storey building in an L-shaped plan with a one-and-a-half storey extension on the rear or south fašade. The foundation is of mostly uncut stone set in mortar, while the main structure of both the main house and the extension is of brick. The roof of the main structure is gabled with bevelled ends. The roof of the south extension is also gabled, but its ends are not bevelled and it has a somewhat steeper slope. The building is listed on the Heritage Register.
