Description: 7050 Second Line West. Plan TOR 5 Lots 10, 11. This is a one-and-a-half storey residential structure with clapboard siding and a north externally bracketed chimney constructed of concrete brick. There is a gabled roof with asphalt shingling, while vertical board siding is present on the gable ends and eave returns. There was an enclosed porch at the front of the structure made of clapboard and having four light fixed windows, but this was removed in early 2004 and an open porch was restored across the front of the building. A garage and shed are located on the property which is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and is part of the Meadowvale Village Heritage Conservation District.
