Description: 7091 Pond Street. Plan TOR 5 pt. Lots 14, 15, 18, 19. This is a vernacular one storey structure with a central front entrance. It has a verandah while the property has a white picket fence. There is a window which appears to open up a second storey but likely only represents a high first floor ceiling. The open verandah has decorative treillage and bargeboard. There is an addition at the rear with a gambrel roof in Dutch Colonial style and this addition gives the structure a T-shaped plan. The property is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and is located within the Meadowvale Village Heritage Conservation District.
