Description: 7155 Pond Street. Plan SSM, pt. 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 irreg. This one-and-a-half storey, relatively unadorned Gothic Revival building, with its sharply pitched off-centre gables and gable roof, boasted two-over-two windows. The most distinguishing feature of the building was a prominent, highly articulated 1-storey bay window located in the gable end. The bay was topped by a bracketed mansard roof. It also featured a screened in porch; the screening and columns most likely have been added at a later date. The building was designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act. The house was destroyed by fire in May 1989 and a new infill house was completed in 1999 on the site.
