Description: 7005 Old Mill Lane. Plan TOR 5 pt. Lot 36, RP43R12755, Part 1. This is a one storey industrial structure used as a hydro station by the Region of Peel. It has a gable roof with asphalt shingles, while there is a one bay symmetrical fašade. There are no windows in the structure which has an open covered entrance with a pyramidal roof, decorative brackets, asphalt shingles and buff brick quoinage and voussoirs. The building is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and is located within the Meadowvale Village Heritage Conservation District.
