Description: Drawing of store and residence of John McMaster, corner of Queen and Main Streets, Streetsville, taken from the Tremaine map of the County of Peel, 1859. Located at 209 Queen Street South, Conc 4 WHS, pt. Lot 4, W¿. John McMaster’s store was built ca 1845, replacing Israel Ransom’s 1820 store. It later became the Gooderham & Worts store, and eventually a restaurant, once known as Friendly Bob’s, now the Streetsville Inn. Listed on the Heritage Inventory.
