Description: 340 Eglinton Avenue West, Conc 2 NDS, pt. Lot 18. Most likely built in the 1860s by Hugh Kee, a Streetsville farmer. It is a one-and-a-half storey house, rectangular in shape. Although the house remains on its original foundation, a strip plaza has been built abutting on to it and parking has been added to the front fašade. The house is listed on the Heritage Register. This photo shows the cornice detail and raised polychromatic brick work.
